Shrimp with Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients: shrimp or prawns, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, all purpose cream, spinach, salt and pepper

Heat olive oil, add salt and sautee the shrimp until both sides are slightly pink. (You can sautee garlic first before the shrimp. I’m just too lazy to do it haha)

Add sun dried tomatoes then the cream. (If you have no cream, add about a tbsp of flour first, cook it in the pan until it turns into a paste then slowly add milk. Use warm milk so the flour won’t lump up.)

Add spinach and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chili flakes too if you want it spicy!
